Terms of Service

Welcome to VideoForge! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VideoForge website, mobile applications, APIs, and other services (collectively, the "Services") provided by VideoForge. Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services.

By creating an account, making a payment, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. When registering an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete email and registration information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and access token.
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

2. Service Description and AI Outputs

VideoForge is an AI-powered video replication platform designed for cross-border e-commerce sellers. Our platform takes original product videos, deconstructs them using OCR and ASR models, rewrites and translates the transcripts, and generates localized replica videos with AI-inpainted product images and translated text-to-speech voiceovers.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content (including translated audio, rewritten text, and inpainted product images) is generated automatically. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, cultural nuance compliance, or video format perfection.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated materials before publishing or distributing them for commercial purposes.
  • You retain all ownership rights to the original assets (videos, product photos) you upload, and grant us a limited, global license to process them for video rendering.

3. Billing, Credits, and Refunds

We use a credit-based billing system. Replicating videos, translating transcripts, and rendering output assets consumes "Credits" based on the video duration and chosen AI engine model (e.g., Seedance 2.0 Pro or Seedance 2.0 Mini).

  • Purchases: Credit packages can be bought using PayPal or other authorized payment channels.
  • No Refunds: Since credits are immediately provisioned digitally, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exception is made only in cases of confirmed system processing bugs that result in double charging.
  • Expiration: Free trial credits and standard package credits will remain valid unless your account is terminated or we update our credit validity policy with a 30-day notice.

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Upload, render, or distribute copyright-infringing, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.
  • Deploy bots, scrapers, or other automated mechanisms to access, download, or overload our platform.
  • Circumvent rate limiters, API keys, or security features established on the platform.
  • Impersonate individuals or transmit unsolicited commercial messages (spam).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL GENERATED ASSETS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VIDEOFORGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPLICATED VIDEOS WILL INCREASE SALES OR TRAFFIC FOR YOUR STORE.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL VIDEOFORGE, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM DOWNTIME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the Services in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after terms change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
