Uploaded Assets: Original product videos, script configurations, and product photos you upload for replication rendering.
Billing Information: Payments processed through PayPal or other channels collect transaction details (billing emails, amounts, transaction IDs). We do not store raw credit card details on our servers.
Visitor Telemetry Data: When you browse our landing page or workspace console, we automatically record your IP address, parsed geographic country location, browser referrer, UTM tracking attributes (source, medium, campaign), duration spent on pages, and specific button click events to optimize user flows and prevent fraud.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following commercial and operational purposes:

To run and maintain your workspace console account, balance calculations, and project histories.
To execute AI OCR transcript extractions, text translation, text-to-speech audio rendering, and final MP4 composite output generation.
To monitor platform analytics, conversion rate leaks, page performance metrics, and daily unique visitor (UV) trends.
To enforce server rate limits (sliding window prevention) and prevent malicious scraping or card test abuse.
To communicate service updates, send email activations, or deliver password reset codes.

AI Model Providers: Volcano Engine (Volcengine/Doubao/Seedance) services for general OCR, machine translation, and video composite rendering.
Payment Processors: PayPal for secure deposit checkout and credit provisioning.
Geo IP Locators: Third-party geolocation APIs (such as ip-api.com) to parse geographical regions from incoming telemetry heartbeats.

All subprocessors are bound by data protection obligations consistent with this policy.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your account assets, uploads, and logs. This includes SSL/TLS encryption for all HTTP communications, JWT authentication mechanisms, and strict server firewalls.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with audit reconciliation requirements, legal disputes, and system logging history.

5. Cookies and LocalStorage

We use local storage (LocalStorage and SessionStorage) to store auth session tokens, theme configurations (Dark Mode/Light Mode settings), language selections, and UTM traffic campaign markers. These allow the workspace SPA app to function correctly without requiring repeated log ins.
